I've revamped a bunch of characters recently, but my most recent NEW character is from about 5 months ago. Her name's Alisha and she's trans and her best friend is another (less recent) character named Hazel, but that's really all I've got so far. Neither of them have their own story/world, sooo 🙃
Most recent was a kind of extraneous character named Felix. He’s the son of the village blacksmith (who is a mentor to the antagonist-to-be). He’s also training in smithing and isn’t very competent at it, but he’s an excellent fighter and cares a lot for others’ well-being.
Most recent more fleshed-out character is Abraxas. He’s a villain-turned-reluctant-ally and most tragically has the daylights beaten out of him by the main crew’s healer. Abraxas is so impressed by his skill, that he ends up joining them, as he is more loyal to power and the winning team than any actual moral or ideal side to a conflict.
The Erl King, aka a chaotic evil rat bastard man with weird antlers
Ahkaz - A kaiju god that feeds off of war
Mhecta - An island kaiju god that used to have the world living on its back
Nicnun - A Fire kaiju god that came out of the sun
Sosa - local drug addict hobo who unintentionally gives scarily good advice
Literally all of my characters besides Danny. It's intimidating because there are ten not fully formed characters that I'm supposed to include on a book, and I've been trying to cut some characters, but it's HARD. I'm totally keeping Danny though.
I made a serial killer for my Forensics class. I decided to put him within the context of my world because that was what I was familiar with, and his name is Arthur J. Gelder, otherwise known as Misfortune's Favor.
My most recent character would probably be Reeha. I haven't talked about her on here, but I made her for this superhero writing project, as a semi-side character with more main tendencies. She's a hijabi superhero who's wicked smart and can fly any sort of plane or flying vehicle.
Sasuke Saionji is Kyoko's legit brother. He's super cold and often keeps to himself and is kind of almost always teased about him being named after the anime character from Naruto.
Literally just made a character (Ekhatzhi)
Prince Rhys is super angry for reasons to be determined, but he also has weird likes/behaviors that are best left to be left unquestioned.
My most recent character is named Kriv, and I love him.
He's African American and part of the Earth Clan, he's a youngling hunter in a world with Zombies after the apocalypse hit. But he's immune to it.
And not only is this world post-apocalyptic, but there are god-like creatures called Titans that require a human counterpart for each to release enough power to restore nature and humanity. And Kriv is the counterpart to the Ice Titan.
And he's so chill but angry, he's the assassin x warrior type.
TL;DR: he's a rouge ice paladin, immune to zombies, and will literally f*** you up if you cross him.
Zloba - I'm not sure what she is, exactly. She's kind of a mystery. In her story she is described as an "owl-cat-vampire-spider demon" which is somewhat accurate, although that's only judging off of her appearance. Zloba is somewhat kind, but she can also be very unforgiving. She describes herself to only follow natural order, enforcing it if she must. She also warns some people if a disaster is near, but is often vague and lets them take that warning if they wish, or reject it. It could also be false, for all they know.
She's quite blunt to some people, but also has quite a way with words.
And she can be very, very horrifying to some people. But that's another thing for later.
Guinevere- She owns two of the last rings of immortality. Jocelyn wants it to save her lover because she too is immortal and doesn't want to lose him.
Guinevere just wants to live her life forever and ever and just chilling and being immortal. Jocelyn keeps sending people to go and fetch the ring from her but it keeps not working because Guinevere doesn't even know what she wants.
The moral of this story is frickin' communication.
Raunaeril is a shitty king who has 15 wives (even though he doesn't feel anything for them). He hates his two kids bc they look like his first wife (who died). His only redeeming quality is that he's really frickin' strong and always manages to protect his country from outside forces
I like him. Well put together. Does he care for his kingdom?
I like him. Well put together. Does he care for his kingdom?
Most of the time. Sometimes he taxes 'em pretty heavily and might be harsh with his punishments (an example would be beheading someone bc they stole some eggs). He doesn't exactly care about the individuals in his kingdom, but yeah he'd fight to the death to protect every grain of soil.
Kassie. Ugh I love her.
Kugne; a tall tree spirit (a rather old and large tree actually, fictional tree as well) who comes out of the tree whenever someone walks into the forest (who is not a spirit) and either chases them out or eats them, regardless of their intentions. Kugne does not trust easily. It cannot talk either, but it understands most speech and is able to communicate using noise or body language, as well as writing.
(Though he technically isn't really new, it's his first time appearing in the novel and not just his name being mentioned) Emperor Tagon (as in Shen Wang's father) is a really brutal emperor… and I mean brutal
Ed and William Nym, two minor characters who are rebel soldiers. William is very uptight and serious, and Ed is very chill and irresponsible.
I really fleshed out a dude known only as Apprentice for now.
I've been fleshing out Lavinia lately and I finally gave her her own Pinterest board!
On a related note, don't look up 'missing hand' on Pinterest.
I have seen things….
