The most recent villain I have created was originally going to be a protagonist, but story wise this was more interesting, even if it literally broke my heart to have to ruin a perfectly wonderful cinnamon roll. Anyway, his name is Rohl Yuff, and he is a conman hired to start a false relationship with Sashay, a famous dragonkin trainer and rider, and to be a spy in her own home. They end up getting married and having one child, but Sashay found out shortly after the child was born and is now heartbroken as the entire relationship was fake.
My baby Riverpaw's uncle is on the wrong side of a family feud in mother's family. He was the one who shot Star (Riverpaw's mother) and then came back years later to kidnap her father, leaving her and her big sister alone. He intends to come back for the two of them, too, eventually. Not as bad as your guys' but he's of one the most evil antagonists I have. :T
I've got plenty more but these guys create a temporary alliance together but shortly their interests begin crossing lines with each member and they all start to distrust one and other.
I have a character who's on the side of the Empire in my story named Coallen. What's so dangerous about him is that he knows more than he lets on, and is a consummate diplomat. (In fact, he probably could have been one, had life and his own decisions turned him differently.) He can control any situation even when it seems like he's been dealt a bad hand, and he's excellent at giving snippets of irrelevant information about himself in return for useful information you just can't stop yourself from telling him.
New fella; Tachyn. He’s a bit complicated, rather. Not really a villain, but he can be considered an antagonist, who kinda believes in the natural order of the world, but at the same time, he’s rather chaotic. His origin is, to be brief, originally a parasite on an asteroid (I have yet to go further than that) which crashed into a jungle like planet. The parasite was not one, but many, and quickly began to strike the habitat, taking over new bodies and figuring out which ones were best for what job it wanted to preform. Tachyn was not ‘Tachyn’ at this point.
Eventually they kinda start a hive/colony and there happens to be other colonizers there; humans! They start trying to burn down the colony. But the parasites learn with experience and with experience comes more knowledge. Eventually, after studying the humans for so long a new product was born; Tachyn. Tachyn is the most intelligent version of the parasite yet, and is most similar to humans in terms of his outer shape. It’s hard to tell what he truly looks like, however. Tachyn tricked the humans into thinking he was an ally to them, but controlled the rest of the parasites to attack the humans. They attempt to escape, and while they do, they are killed on board the ship by stealthier and smaller parasites, including Tachyn. Tachyn figures out his parasites are still capable of surviving in the vacuum of space, so he sends a couple of those out there, but leaves the ship to himself and some of his more intelligent parasites. He goes from planet to planet, and as well as his other parasites, infecting each planet and returning knowledge to Tachyn.
Some people might think on how Tachyn can be considered ‘not really a villain’ but it’s more so just doing what he sees as what his purpose his. Other people see it as chaos, however.
Tachyn also refers to himself as “we” and in third person.
Kara McToshian. Mother of two, a son and a daughter. She is power hungry and wants to take over everything. So she goes around to different planets, choosing young children that she wants, slaughtering their families and anyone else around, and forcing them into her army. Where they are trained mercilessly to become the most elite soldiers ever. She is vicious in battle, and will not tolerate failure or disobedience. She's tried killing her son, multiple times, and has forced her daughter into her army as well. She also has schizophrenia, which sometimes causes her to go on random killing sprees.
My worst one is Mara. She's very old and knows people inside and out. She can easily toy with emotions and bring turmoil to those she encounters. She can do this without sympathy because her race naturally doesn't feel emotion. Actually, her race is really messed up because they were magically created to replace the absence of another race after they were destroyed. The ones who created her race were still bitter and the war was still fresh in their minds when creating them so they didn't exactly have clear heads. So not only is Mara's race twisted from simply being unnatural but they were also born from hate and anguish. But her race isn't what makes her a horrible person.
She's driven by an intense hunger for revenge. At least she was way back in the day but over the centuries she sort of lost her way and now she's just rolling with it. Basically, she made up who she was and even added little quirks and stuff based on the protagonist to make him like her. She pretended she cared about him and the fate of the world saying that all she wants is to 'right the wrongs of the past' and all that good stuff. Then when it's revealed that she's an evil genocidal pyromaniac she rubs the fact that she was lying that whole time in the protagonist's face. And then she proceeds to burn down his home town, torture his family to death, kill his friends off, murder his (possibly…who knows his girlfriend is a prostitute (she's a great person though and I like her but you know whatever gets the bills paid)) first kid in the womb. She just wants to watch the world burn honestly. It's like an animal with a rotten tooth or something. It'll lash out because of the pain. Pretty much Mara her whole life but with the add-on that she's really smart.
I suppose Mara is one of those villains who are just absolute maniacs.
I recently decided to completely flip the script on a half-written story. so now instead of the hero and villain knowing each other because they always clash and are now getting along because they kind of got thrown in an unfamiliar world, now the villain used to be the hero's babysitter.
He's highly intelligent, sarcastic, can control peoples actions, sees everyone else as dumb and always makes longterm plans. He also just really likes making others frustrated and should become a classic Disney villain revelling in the misfortune of others.
I have a wonderful antagonist. His name is- Well he has two names. Addar is his more well known name. Or Lord Addar, after he was… knighted(?). Beforehand (and his actual name) was Kaiman Kiyaradari. he is a man who will do anything for the greater good. He sees himself as a great leader and worker of good. But he does some serious stuff. He literally decided the fate of a way and killed off most of the adults of his homeworld.
@Darkblossom I have a character who was originally supposed to be a protagonist but ended up an antagonist too! Honestly it fit her character sooooo much better in the end, and she's not a "villain," necessarily. She thinks she's right and you can sort of see where she's coming from, but she's just doing it wrong.

My most evil villain would probably be a dude named Tangal.
He has some issues with a certain specie in my story, named Morphidae - these guys are very powerful, and act as some kind of guardians to the realm, and this guy hates them to death because in the past, those creatures sealed an evil entity in between the realms - Tangal is basically a fragment of the entity's mind, or soul whatev.
His first act was to befriend this absolutely innocent cinnamon roll Morphidae, trick him into believing he was actually his friend, then one night cut off his head and took over the poor boy's body.
Since then, he's been living off the Morphidae's magical energy (the boy cannot die unless his heart is destroyed). As time went on, he became the king of humans, and basically turned most of the continent into an empire. He later funded a special chain of experiments, that were aiming to harvest the power of the Morphidae and use it against them - a special set of weapons was created in this experiment, that was very efficient at its job.
By the time the story takes place, he has managed to drive the Morphidae specie close to extinction. He nearly killed their prince before the poor thing was even born, and he's currently giving the protags a hard time, because one of them happens to be the "last" Morphidae, but the reason he hasn't touched them yet is because the protags happen to have one of the special weapons that he had created to destroy the specie he hated.
There are 3 more villains in the story, but none of them are as bad as this guy. Hiryur just likes to tease the protags from time to time with his shenanigans, trying to make their life miserable; Virion (who also happens to be Hiryur's boyfriend) is the guy who keeps sending information about the protags to Tangal and pretends to be a friend to one of the protags; the final one is a witch (who i havent named yet) who is an associate of the previous two, but unlike them, she actively tries to harm the protags.
Not as bad as your villains, but this is all i have :0
This is pretty short compared to everyone everyone else's. But basically she was a business woman who ran a shop selling demons to other villains. She hates the heroes of the story because they stole some weapons from her that she used to open portals to the underworld and summon her most powerful monsters. Without the weapons she lost 99% of her customers so she constantly sends lesser monsters to hunt down the heroes and get the weapons (Which are called the weapons of Lineage BTW) so she can get her business back. Also she's a goofier take on Morgan LeFay and the heroes who stole the weapons were the knights of the roundtable.
My favorite villain of mine is Brooklyn Meadow. Her mother was a ruler of a kingdom until her people revolted against her and killed her taking her throne. Brooklyn was kicked out of her home to live on her own.
She tried to join a group of mages but they did not want to be involved in her drama.
So years later she returned a struck a deal with the current ruler of the kingdom that was almost hers (His name is Alexander Pond) in order to earn his trust. She takes on the job of getting rid of all magic.
So basically she kills a bunch of magicians and so long as she's doing this it's ok for her to keep her magic. Through some time traveling drama Peter Suroon ends up being the only mage that is not on her team and so she kidnaps him and takes away his magic. But then she has to keep that a secret from the king so that he does not know that there are no more magicians or else she'd be forced to give up her magic.
Also her best friend and partner in crime is Peter's brother. So that's kind of awkward.

I have only one great villain. He's died twice now, and I'm still debating bringing him back. He first got engaged to my heroine, but she accidentally killed him. He survived, however, and later tried to kill both my heroine and her sidekick/boyfriend's (Who was also my villain's little brother) daughter. Their daughter killed him, but little do we know that the villain's granddaughter is secretly adopted by the daughter of the original two. It's been very repetitive so far, but still my best section of writing. I wrote it the same time I started to realize how much fun writing emotional trauma is, and it lead to a lot of moral questioning. Villains are so much fun to write sometimes….
It is an alien-created robot. As implied by its name, there are others of the ‘Exterminator’ build, but what made Twelve so peculiar is its self-awareness and intelligence. As well as some extra abilities. This makes EXT-12 the leader of the Exterminators. As suggested by the Exterminator name, Twelve was made for one purpose originally, to follow orders, which is to exterminate all intelligent life.
Unfortunately for Twelve it is under the belief the race which created it is still alive as well as the fellow Exterminators (some of which are still alive, but not all of them.) The alien race is long gone, extinct now. Twelve is just following what was its last command in its system.
However, Twelve is no mindless robot, and has claimed to take pleasure in the misery of others.
Not all bad, Twelve seems to have some sympathy, but not typically; as shown when it comforted a lonely child in its own way. As well as mercy, releasing hostages. It should be noted that it might not seem to be purely mechanical, and Twelve may be biological in some way. When injured in extreme cases, it tends to leak a crimson, hot liquid. This liquid is yet to be identified, but popular theories are either oil or blood; though oil isn’t very likely since Twelve hasn’t been observed with oil.
So like personally i c a n t write characters that people are supposed to hate so I tend to just make things that my characters have to go through and it's both more fulfilling and so painful
I have one character I'm really proud of because I just have a love for expectation aversion.
So, my main character is named Iris. She is part of an organization called the Parliamentary which is a time-travel organization. All the agents are orphans who were trained to be time travelers cause it's quite difficult actually and so she knows nothing but the Parliamentary. It wasn't a bad life, but she also fell in love with another agent, named James. They were in a steady relationship for many years before James disappeared on a mission. The Parliamentary pronounced him dead and forbade anyone from going after him. But after receiving a message from him, Iris defies orders and time hops back to where and when the message was sent. She ends up caught in a bunch of ancient Medieval Court Politics and ends up befriending the king who helps her look for her lost love. In the end, they find him tied up in the camp of the enemy's army. He seems relieved to see them and then Iris and the king get captured and he reveals that DUN DUH DUH! He was working for the enemy kingdom the entire time. Turns out, his father had been a part of the Parliamentary but had gotten kicked out for doing illegal stuff and sent to the past where he couldn't get ahold of sensitive technology and cause more damage. He somehow managed to reach out to James and got in contact and James was desperate to gain the approval of his father since he was always bitter about not having parents. So, he agreed to help his father create a Paradox machine where they can change the future and still exist (see Doctor Who end of Season 3). He called Iris to try and save her too cause he genuinely loves her, but she can't abide by what he's doing. In the end, she has to kill him to keep the future from being destroyed. And his father is just a pure evil character with no tragic backstory or anything. Just evil.
Okay, here's mine:
First off, my main character Hinata was in love with a man named SM. They had a thang, if you know what I mean. One day, Hinata had to leave for a few years, and when she got back, he was acting off. Later, she finds out that the original SM had been forced to trade places with the villain in his home world, so her lover was basically a slave in a magical war that she isn't allowed to take part in, and the villain took his place and spied on her. He tried several times to covertly ruin her plans. He decided to take revenge on his home dimension by destroying everything.
