Jasper: Likes quoting old TV shows, tries to walk cool but just ends up looking drunk, does terrible accents, finger guns, needs a haircut, gullible, worries about first impressions too much
Elinor: Accidentally jumpscares everyone all the time, has 89 tabs open, rarely raises her voice, best fashion of the whole group, loves tea, very tired
Finn: Wears a lot of jewelry, drives WAY too fast, goes to sleep at 8:00 on the dot, oblivious as all heck, scarves, indecisive to the point where no one will go shopping with him

Jasper: Only a couple of the things you listed are accurate, but the overall vibe you captured is spot-on!
Elinor: Actually prefers coffee to tea, but literally everything else there is true.
Finn: About half right? I hadn’t thought about it, but a lot of that is stuff he probably would do.

Suyin seems like someone who comes across as kind of cold and aloof, but is actually really sweet and friendly. Gives good advice.
Will Sounds like he's a bit of an edgelord. Nothing is ever his fault. Gets unreasonably mad whenever he is slightly inconvenienced. Yells a lot.

Suyin: Is only ever cold to people she has reason to dislike, but the rest of that is pretty accurate.
Will: Yep, 100% accurate. I never really thought of him as an edgelord, but he definitely is one.

Saoirse Nikitas: Gal from a mythical place and decides to yeet herself to a different dimension
Avia Donielle Petelo: Can hack the pentagon, is Italian yet just eats pot noodles.
Rachel Diane Simmons: A doctor who has pyrokinesis.

Crispin: 16, former pirate with the ability to fly. Hates his powers initially, but eventually is more accepting of them.
Kit: 17, telekinetic crown prince. Means well, but tends to screw things up a lot.
Caleb: 14, former chimney sweep with pyrokinetic abilities. Likes to daydream a lot.
Eva: 16, former textile factory worker. Has the ability to read minds, but generally doesn't unless she has to. Caleb's older sister.
Gerard: 18, Aerokinetic healer who's super vague about his past. Generally really sweet, but tends to get really worried and sometimes lashes out at people.
Alexis: 18, healer with the ability to move through solid objects. The only one who's ever able to talk sense into Gerard.
Matthew: 40-something. King of Toltova, who is really weirdly aloof and antisocial.
Frank: Train conductor who accidentally adopted a bunch of kids with superpowers. Has the power of persuasion.

Alexis: mediator. mediator vibes. the sensible one out of them all.
Matthew: nervous laughter at the wrong times. loves blankets. LOVES. blankets. watches cat videos.
Frank: always asks himself what went wrong. single father, ready to make you a dad-style hamburger with stale meat. he tries.

Taylor: True Neutral. "Ugh I'm so sick of dealing with your problems!" but deals with them anyways, breaks up via text, hits people's doors when getting out of the car, has too many shoes and a faux leather jacket, MascaraTM.
Will: Lawful Good. Only lets a few people see his true personality, you assume he's super sweet but occasionally he'll roast the fuck outta someone in a group chat, would die for Ryan but also calls him out for his nonsense, eats ice cream at 3 am.

Samuel West: Twig boi who is serious™ and very business like. Scars all over his body because he is an outlaw with a bounty on his head. Samantha's brother
Harris Rowan: Royal who is very self assured and confident. He's the star of the show at home, and now he's the helpless one. Dating Samantha
Samantha West: Stubborn and authoritative. Harris' bodyguard and girlfriend. Stronk.

Carter: Has one earring, wants to explore the world and not just help fix Bassen, kind of a playboy but we love him
Darlene: Former prostitute who escaped an abusive boyfriend with the help of her friends, super energetic and enthusiastic about the little things in life
Jack: 14 but already taller than Louis, who's almost twice his age, quiet and shy

Most of these are pretty close.

Kit- Haven't found an opportunity to make a pun about his name, but I feel like it could happen.
Caleb- These guys are all from a fantasy universe, so Mary Poppins doesn't exist, but I somehow still feel like this is pretty accurate.
Eva- She's more of a gentle mom friend type. I feel like some of the facts that I gave for some of the characters were kinda vague/ not the most important aspects of that character though so *shrug*
Matthew- Not really the nervous laughter type, and doesn't live in a world that has the technology for cat videos. He likes wearing capes a lot so that's close enough, tbh

Marjorie: She seems to be happy with the life she currently has but maybe secretly hates it?
Isola: She seems to be very task-oriented since she seems to have a lot of proficiency with a club, hinting at lots of training.
I might be looking too deep into this, but those are just my thoughts on your characters.

Jemima: absolutely no impulse control, has way too many knives, jokes around a lot but will happily gut anyone who pisses her off

Jenny: just a pure first grade teacher from the country who wants a good life
Marshall: extremely sweet engineer who loves his mom and cries at those sad animal commercials
Naomi: very smart and talented, probably has the world record for hooking up with the most people, can play any instrument in the violin family
Tad: ex frat boy, kind of silly, loves alcohol but super nice
