Rhiv: he hears scratching above him. well, there goes his preferred escape route. "I've got no interest in doing so, Tseth." he grunts, sitting back up properly. "I'm going for a walk, alright? If I vanish mysteriously, tell Salmook I got mauled."

Tseth: He glares at Parvus before looking at Rhiv. “Don’t get kidnapped.”

Parvus: He jumps on Rhiv’s head, smacks him in the face, then quickly darts away.

Rhiv: ouch, he guesses. it doesn't help the murderous intent for Parvus he has, but Rhiv isn't in the mood to act on it. he climbs down the tree slowly. "Salmook, stay." he's not sure if the kid's even awake to hear him, but better safe than sorry. Rhiv walks off to… somewhere. he doesn't have any destination in mind, but anywhere is better than here.

Tseth: He watches Rhiv leave, switching to heat vision both to watch him and anything else. He doesn’t take his eyes off the forest for… who knows how long. He was tired, but he’s been through worse.

The sun rises and light starts to poke through the trees.

Parvus: He’s curled up on a tree branch. He notices the light and opens his eyes, then yawns and stretches.

Resh: He stirs slightly, raising his head up a little and opening his eyes. “…Hello.”

Salmook: he stirs slightly, somehow laying in the grass and not on his cloak. it's unclear whether he went to sleep himself or if he passed out, but regardless, it wasn't too restful. in fact, he just looks more tired than he did last night. he looks around like quietly "Where… yawn …Where Pater?"

Tseth: He snaps out of his trance-like state of watching the forest when everyone starts to wake up. He jumps down from the tree, landing a good distance away from everyone. Tseth still has his red-and-black eyes, and barely seems to notice the difference looking around at everyone. He looks at Salmook. “Rhiv said he was going for a walk. Said if he wasn’t back to tell you he got mauled.”

Alex: He stirs in his sleep, groaning and rolling over on his side. He covers his face with one of his wings.

Resh: He rubs his eyes and blinks a few times. Somehow, his hair looks like even more of a wreck now.

Parvus: He jumps out of his tree, trotting over to Tseth and jumping on his shoulder.

Salmook: he blinks. what? he's still sleepy, maybe he didn't hear that right? "Huh?"

Rhiv: he's most definitely… somewhere. the forest is starting to blob together into an endless mass of green. but being lost is better than being with Tseth, so he keeps walking on.

Tseth: He sighs, still looking at Salmook. “He went for a walk, he’s not back yet. And it’s been a few hours.” He looks at Resh’s mess of hair, silently judging him before moving to a stray log and sitting down on it. He starts undoing his own hair.

Resh: He glances at Tseth and rolls his eyes. “Stop being so judgy.” He starts combing through his hair with his hands, trying to detangle at least some of it.

Parvus: He watches Tseth, then bats at his hair slightly.

Salmook: he sighs. he not all that surprised, Pater goes on walks all the time. "He'll come find me. He always does!" Salmook yawns again and pats at his stomach. "We… we aren't having mystery-berries for breakfast again, right?"

Tseth: He glances at Resh from undoing his hair. “I can judge as much as I want. Parvus, stop that.” He moves his hair away from Parvus, and starts putting it into a bun. He didn’t have time to re-do it in the way it was. He takes another look at Resh trying to untangle his hair and tilts his head slightly. “You need a brush?”

Alex: He’s only half-asleep now, but not for lack of trying. He wraps his wings around himself in some attempt to dampen the noise of conversation.
