@Spider-man
The only picture I have access too is my ID picture. I'm literally glaring at the camera because the photographer was rude. she messaged. Cali came into the room and Ava told her about the frum in a hushed voice.

Yeah, our timelines seem to have gotten messed up somewhere, I guess.
So my skin's pretty pale, I have long white-blonde hair that's super straight (no bangs though) and dark green eyes. I tend to wear long-sleeved shirts, usually in grey or white. My face is kind of shaped so that I look younger than I actually am, which can be frustrating. I'm usually not smiling. Some people say I have sharp eyes.
Also I'm a girl, if it wasn't clear already lol
(I gtg for a while, later peeps)
Rude photographers are the worst
Our navigator got a really good wanted poster
Guys everywhere are just fawning over it
Including our cook
And our musician
And our musician doesn't even have eyes

i cant rlly do much tbh lmao
i make lofi music but its kinda shitty imo
This might sound weird but what are wanted posters? she asked. So far everything they said sounded familiar in some way but she had no clue what those were.
Oh, I can answer that one, I think. A wanted poster is a way for a community to let others know about a criminal on the loose. They have a picture of the wanted person and sometimes they offer a reward for catching/killing them. At least, that's how they worked in my timeline.
We don't really use them anymore, though, because the police do most of the crime fighting these days and random civilians aren't supposed to get involved.
Oh we don't have those. We don't exactly have criminals in the same way you guys do. Technically I'm a criminal or at least am seen as a potential peacebreaker which is essentially the same thing. that's why I'm in the situation I'm in. She didn't want to give to much away or that she is technically an actual peacebreaker now.
yeah, that's pretty much it
my crew's collective bounty is…
1,570,000,100 Beris
well, that's what Robin just said
[please note that the image is not drawn by me, and belongs to whoever drew it]

Whoahhh!! First of all, this looks exactly like me, and second of all, how in the world did you do that so fast?? That's amazing! Thanks so much, Elara :) You have tons of talent!
haha thanks you guys
ive been drawing for what seems my whole life
although, i really only started to get into digital a couple years agoand it really only took me about eight-nine hours to do, not counting the numerous food breaks i took haha
now that is commitment
honestly people could pay you tho dude
ur fuckin
s u p e r talented
that looks amazing! I’ve never seen digital art before. I love to draw too but there’s no way I’m at that level yet she sent still gawking at the picture.
haha i guess
i suppose its about time that i start thinking about commissions, huh
it probably would help with all these medical bills
I would pay you, but our navigator would get pissed
Melanie set her mouth in determination. Elara, I will literally pay you for that painting. I had no idea you'd be working so hard on it, so it's only fair. I totally have the money. How much do you want? Idk how I'll get the cash to you across the dimensions, but I'll do whatever it takes.
i-
it wasnt that hard i swear!
it may have been time-consuming
but its not that difficult!
and as far as commissions work, its usually the commissioner who decides the price, im pretty sure
oh and about payment, paypal will work, if you have that
Pff, I'm just an ignorant rich person, I have no right to put a price on your art! Only you know how much time and effort went into it. How about a hundred dollars for that incredible accuracy and detail? Or more, idc. Especially since it's medical bills we're talking about here. I'll paypal it right to you.
Melnie knew she was being a little bit careless with her money, but refused to let it bother her. Her parents had been giving her a hefty allowance for years now, but she'd never been interested in spending it until now, so she had plenty in the bank. Besides, this felt like a worthy thing to pay for, not like the fancy, useless gifts her parents gave her.
Elara always had something against using capital letters when writing, but she felt the occasion called for it.
WHAT????
i swear thats too much
twenty, thirty dollars is fine…
but youre not wrong, medical bills are expensive
and since we are talking about paypal
ill just casually drop my email:
[email protected]
(oh, and as far as ik thats not a real email)
[gotcha lol]
How about this: nine dollars an hour is minimum wage where I come from. Let's round that up to ten for simplicity's sake. You say you worked about eight or nine hours on that painting? So I'll pay you eighty-five dollars. Sound fair?
((honestly tho like i didnt expect this to get so wholesome its so great-))
(Minimum wage is only $9 where you are??))
Ava wasn’t really sure what was going on. She hadn’t heard of PayPal and didn’t really know how currency worked in there time. She stayed silent and watched everyone else type.

((Melanie's living in the early 2000's lol))
