"Welcome."
"Welcome."
(Magic darkness, it's darker than normal darkness)
(Perfect explanation!)
Enderstorm looked back at everyone else.
“I think this is a maze. Let me see,” Enderstorm puffed out a burst of purple flame, temporarily lighting the path in an eerie purple glow.
Tessa wrapped her arms around herself. "Seeing as I'm a sun dragon, I really don't like this."
(Okay)
"I can't see! Why can't I see?" Tristan was confused and a little scared, he could always see in the dark.
(can demons see through it cause if so JJ is perfectly capable of seeing)
Anna grabbed for the hands behind and in front of her. "We are not getting separated from the only person who can see."
Tess grabbed Anna's hand from where she stood behind her.
Enderstorm looked back and place the end of her spiked tail in the hand of the person behind her.
“So, any idea which way we should turn? It’s either left or right.”
"I think it's up to you." Anna was quick to make sure she didn't have to try to make a decision.
Tess sniffed the air. "The air continues to the left, but stops a little ways in to the right. I think. Don't take my opinion to heart."
Enderstorm examined her options, then scratched a mark on the left wall and turned that way.
"Anna I'm gonna hold on to you so I don't die from concussions"
(JJ wouldn't be with them because they haven't met or seen each other.
"I hate this so much," Tessa muttered.
"Sounds good." Anna held tighter and struggled to avoid the walls.
Enderstorm walked on and passed another crossroads, this time just going straight and marking the floor. As they walked, she occasionally sent out a fireball to light the path.
Tristan couldn't see anything and he was afraid of running into a wall, he eventually walked right into Anna and grabbed her arm.
"I need music…" Tessa muttered, reaching up to turn on her earpieces. Music blared into her hears and she sighed.
Enderstorm led them deeper into the maze, scratching a mark at every crossroad. Eventually, she stopped.
“You know how we have been following the scent of air? Well, turns out that isn’t such a great idea.” She breathes a puff of flame at the ceiling, and you see a secure vent letting in air conditioning.
Tess paused her music. "Huh. Well, we can still use the air flow to know where dead ends are… right?"
Anna held onto Lacie and Tristan. "Maybe not. Maybe the point is to go where the air isn't and open another tunnel from there."
Tess groaned. "This shit's making my head hurt."
“I just need to think for a minute.” Enderstorm sat down and closed her eyes, trying to solve the maze in her head.
(I have to go to my piano lesson and get some stuff done) Anna just kept following Endie, trying to control her breathing and heartbeat and the wild fantasies of cave ins and bats and the bugs you could find inside caves, or the groups before that might still be wandering the tunnels, or, or, or things much worse…
(Have fun)
