“Stop!” Cress yelled at both Ryder and The captain, “Sir—Er captain we don’t mean any harm. Or at least I don’t. He’s acting childish right now but I can assure you, he’s better than this.”

Even though he is considered out of the battle, Tanner looked at them through a monocular from his ship. “Well, I’m interested on how this would end…” he said to his secretary. “Right, Ace?” The secretary nodded in agreement to what Tanner has said. Tanner handed the monocular to his secretary and headed to the storage room of his ship.
Aza stared at the sky MORTIFYINGLY BORED. She literally had nothing to do and was kinda lonely.
Hoxton stepped out from behind the cannon, marching up to the group and smoothing down his Proudmoore Admiralty tabard, still holding his cutlass close. “You should’ve thought about that before you sent demons to murder us. I should arrest y’right this moment!” Some of his crew began to gather behind him, either flanking him or interested in what was going to happen next.
"You try to arrest me and I'll cut your throat with my claws." Ryder threatened, his blank face somehow making it seem all the more threatening. "And if you think I'm joking, ask where our other crew mate went?"
"Shut it, Ryder." Cress said and turned back to the captain, "I didn't send them over here. I don't control them, but arrest us if you want. You won't have us for long." Cress started heading back to the edge of the ship.
The crew of the ship looked absolutely dumbfounded that their captain would let them get away with such atrocities. Hoxton drew his cutlass and placed it blade-in in front of Cress. “I don’t think so.” He nodded to a member of his crew, a masked individual clad in sea-blue robes, who’d been watching the battle but not intervening. He muttered something about the tides and disappeared into thin air.
Tanner’s secretary saw what Hoxton was doing. He got out his bow and took an aim at Hoxton. His right eye showed a green flash through his glasses. “…Piercing arrow” he said before releasing, the arrow he fired would pierce any entity and was aimed at Hoxton’s hand. He set the bow down, waiting to see the collision.
In the same instance, Tanner got out of the storage room, he put on his mask before anyone could see his face. Seeing his secretary, Ace, holding his bow, he smiled and walked to the top of the deck.
Cress raised his hands defensively and stepped back, “No need to be fiesty.”
