Okay, so I spent the whole summer without roleplaying and Ireally want some wholesome best friend vibes with just chaotic energy.
"I wanna be high all the time
Would you come with me?"
So basically yeah, that's the plot.
Two best friends, and the most random situations.
"Wish I didn't doubt it
I wish I never ever told you all about it
But I just had to let you know
I never meant to hurt you though"
I don't know how chaotic I plan on making my character, so im sorry in advance.
"Used to stick together
You're my best friend, I'll love you forever"
@Fraust
Hello! Is there a character you particularly want to use? I may need to make a new one if you don't want any fantasy elements
Uhm I prefer to use no fantasy element but I'll be fine with it, for this one.
Other than that I'll just make someone up, or use a random one.
Alright! I'm fine to make someone new if you don't, most of my characters just have some sort of fantasy element to them lol
Name: Irena McCormick
Age: 16
Race: Caucasian
Likes: having fun, exploring and adventure.
Dislikes: rules, and sitting still for long periods of time.
Appearance: Irena is slim and curvy with long dark loosely wavy hair that hangs to her waist. She has slightly upturned eyes and a button nose. She has a softly curved jawline and hazel eyes.
Background: Irena's older sister, Joanne died in a car crash a few months ago, so she's taken up the role of big sister for their younger sister, Beatrice. Most nights Beatrice sleeps on the pull out couch in their room, even though they have their own rooms. They do this because of the coldness that creeps from their lawyer father, and the fact that their mother seems to be a shell of who she once was.
Other: Irena's family practices judaism, and was forced to when she was younger, but she no longer goes with her parents to synagogue or celebrate Jewish holidays, as she doesn't consider herself Jewish but an Atheist.
She was named after the Holocaust hero, Irena Sendler, who faked the job of a nurse, and helped 2,500 children escape from the Warsaw Ghetto, by smuggling them out secretively.
(Sorry, I'm having some trouble deciding who to use aha, I'll try to get my character up today if I can ^^;)
Name(s): Finn and Teagan Hemming
Age: 16
Race: Caucasian
Background (brief bc I'm still deciding exactly what their background should be if this is a sorta alternate universe thing asfghj): Finn and Teagan are twins who bicker and fight constantly, but still care deeply for each other. Their parents are scared of them and have a distaste of them as a result of their fighting, and so they spend very little time at home.
Other: Usually they're werewolves, so I'm not sure whether that would work here? It works best with their personalities and stuff and explains better how they could have injured each other in a way for them to be as scarred as they are, and why their parents are scared of them, so idk,,
Picture:
(we can do the werewolf thing :) )
(Sounds good! How do you want to start?)
(just like a normal day—)
(What's normal for them though? Like do they go to the same school or something?)
(living in the same neighbourhood I guess? So yeah I guess they would go to the same school)
(Here's the starter)
Irena was sitting out front, the turquoise deck chairs glimmering in the late afternoon sunlight.
She had her sunglasses raised up on top of her head. Her book lay forgotten on the side table, half open.
From afar, the sound of bickering arose and started drawing nearer and nearer. It was a familiar sound to anyone who lived in the neighborhood, as Finn and Teagan were fighting constantly. Many of their neighbors were scared of them, but that didn't stop them from being themselves. They only shut up when they got close enough to Irena's house to see her, and then they ran over.
"Hi, Irena!" Finn chirped brightly.
"How's it going?" Teagan asked.
"it's going very slowly." Irene groaned, slumping down in the chair.
"how about you guys?" She asked, sitting up and pushing her hands under her thighs.
"Eh… the usual. He's being stupid." Teagan jerked a thumb towards his twin, who scoffed and huffed indignantly.
"You're the one being stupid!" Finn retorted, and then turned back to Irena. "Anyway… you wanna do anything? We don't have school today, so… you know."
Irena heaved herself upwards, her long coltish legs pale in the sun.
"Sure, we could go swimming." She suggested, lowering her sunglasses to hide a small bruise on her cheekbone.
"I found this quarry, it's at the back of the woods by the Orchard Park, the one that's a two minute walk from here."
"Yeah, sounds good." Teagan replied, yawning and stretching in a way that he 'accidentally' bumped Finn. Finn huffed again, but thankfully didn't retaliate.
"If we're going swimming, should we run and get our swim trunks from home, then?" Finn asked.
"yeah, I'll put on my suit, while you guys get ready, if i'm not done, just bang on the front door, dad's not home, so he won't come out screaming at you for it." She said and smiled at them both warmly.
"Bye guys, see you in like five minutes." She said, opening the screen door, then the front door, which was painted two different shades of Navy Blue and turned back to them, holding the screen door open.
She blew them both a playfully kiss, then disappeared into the house, shutting the screen and front door behind her.
"See ya soon!" The twins waved and ran off to their house to get changed and soon returned wearing swim shorts. They didn't bother telling their parents where they were going; they preferred the twins out of the house anyway. Once they returned to the house, they banged on Irena's door insistently.
"Irenaaaaa! We're baaack!" Finn called out loudly. Despite both of them sprinting back and forth between the houses, neither seemed particularly out of breath.
Irena flung open the door, her dark hair falling in her face.
She was wearing a red bikini that contrasted with her milky skin and a pair of athletic shorts over her bottoms, the sunglasses resting on her face, she had a towel wrapped over her arm and was carrying a small black backpack on her back.
"I'm coming, sheesh" she said smiling, as she shut the front door and the screen door.
