Finn and Teagan looked up when Beatrice entered the room. Finn's demeanor didn't change much other than him trying to not be so obviously upset, but Teagan was a little on edge. He'd noticed that Beatrice acted different and strange around Finn, and he knew that Finn hadn't picked up on it. He wasn't always the most observant, after all.

Beatrice opened the door and her eyes went wide, seemingly far too comically large for her face.
She then made a small squeak that was supposed to be a greeting and then blushed.
She cleared her throat and started over, looking down at the beige carpet of Irena's floor.
"Uhm hi… I just wanted something but I can come back later because you all seem very tense and upset soIshouldprobablygo." She said very quickly and turned to leave before Irena stopped her.
"Sit down" Irena said, motioning to the large red beanbag chair in the corner, wedged between her desk and the wall.
Beatrice nodded awkwardly and then closed the door behind her, she sat in the chair as instructed and pulled her legs up to her chest, resting her chin on her knees.
"Hi, Beatrice… what did you need? We're not busy or anything." Finn offered, honestly wanting a different topic of conversation more than anything. If he had something else to focus on, maybe he wouldn't be so upset. Teagan kept an eye on her and moved a tad closer to Finn. He'd always been protective of Finn, so he didn't really care for Beatrice eyeing him up.
Beatrice looked at him and offered a small smile.
"Hi Finn," she said "nice to see you." She said honestly.
Irena giggled lightly at how red Beatrice was turning.
"Nice to see you too. You said you wanted something, though?" Finn asked, confused. Teagan looked over at Irena and rolled his eyes a bit. Beatrice was lucky that Finn was as oblivious and dense as he was, honestly, because she was not being very subtle.
Beatrice smiled and nodded.
"I just came to borrow a blouse that's cropped." She said quietly. "I want to look nice for this guy I'm hanging out with tonight." She informed them, blushing and looking down at the tops of her knees.
"Oh… I guess I can't help with that." Finn laughed softly. "I don't own any blouses. Definitely not cropped ones." He hummed thoughtfully to himself.
"Who are you hanging out with?" Teagan asked curiously, raising an eyebrow. It definitely surprised him that Beatrice was wanting to hang out with some guy other than Finn.
Beatrice smiled at Teagan kindly.
"His name is Cameron. I don't think you know him, he's a freshman, like me."She told him and locked eyes with her sister.
Irena did in fact know who Cameron was, and she didn't think that it was a coincidence that he happened to look like a miniature Finn. But she smiled and tried not to let her skepticism show on her face.
Finn and Teagan nodded. They didn't know Cameron well, but they'd seen him before, and people had asked them if they were related before. They knew Cameron was definitely smaller as well, since they were pretty tall. "Well, hope you have fun. Where were we planning on going?" Finn asked, turning to Irena for an answer.
Irena shrugged "I was just gonna chill here to be honest." She told him and shot a look at her younger sister. "Just hangout and do random shit I guess."
Beatrice blushed into her knees and began to play with a string becoming detached from the beanbag chair.
Finn nodded again. "Yeah, sounds good to me. I should be keeping still or something anyway." He shrugged and looked down at his bandaged leg. Teagan watched him with mild interest.
"I'm not picky. We don't have anything to do today." Teagan added. "And we can stay out and go wherever pretty much. Our parents don't care."
Beatrice looked up and cleared her throat.
"I have an idea." She suggested timidly "you guys could go to the skatepark and just hangout, alot of people do it."
Irena raised her eyebrows you guys convinced her Beatrice didn't plan on going with them.
She waited to see if either of the twins would suggest she come with.
She knew Bea would be perfectly happy staying home or going, but she also didn't want the twins to feel like she was forcing her younger sister onto them.
"The skate park? Hmm… yeah, I guess that could work." Finn replied, humming again. "And I don't know how to skate. But I guess that doesn't matter." Teagan nodded in agreement and looked over at Beatrice. "Aren't you coming, though?" Finn asked, confused. It was Beatrice's idea, after all, so he figured that she planned on coming.
Beatrice shook her head and smiled dreamily.
"No." She said "I have stuff I have to do to get ready for my date tomorrow."
Irena sat up and glared at Beatrice "a date?" She asked, with an eyebrow raised "you said you were just hanging out, not that it was an actual date."
Beatrice stood up and walked across the room to the door, she gripped the handle and opened it, but kept her grip on the doorknob.
"Oh yeah," She said half heartedly "It's a date. He's taking me out to dinner and then a movie."
"And you said it was tonight, not tomorrow?" Teagan added, raising an eyebrow as well. She's acting strange… but I guess it's not really my business. He thought to himself. Finn didn't really think much of it and got to his feet.
"Well, we won't get in your way, then. Are you guys ready to go?" Finn asked, turning to Irena and Teagan. "Don't want to sit around moping all day, eh? Good to… get some fresh air. Yeah."
Beatrice smiled slyly at her older sister before leaving with a quick.
"I'm going over to his house tomorrow." And shut the door.
Irena raised her eyebrows and stared at Finn and Teagan.
"My sister?" She asked them in disbelief "going on a date with a guy, two days in a row?"
"Good for her." Finn shrugged, brushing off his clothes.
"I dunno, it's just weird, isn't it? She's acting strange." Teagan added. "She doesn't seem all that thrilled about it. And Cameron…" He tilted his head from side to side, being vague intentionally. Finn didn't seem to get the hint, and he didn't ask.
Irena caught Teagan's hint and nodded, showing she understood and had thought the exact same thing.
"Maybe it's just a temporary thing." She said with a smile, then stepped closer to Teagan and whispered to him. "Or she's trying to find a replacement for someone."
"Yeah, maybe she finally realized she's got no shot." Teagan mumbled in reply. Finn still looked lost.
"Sure. Can we get going now? I don't think Beatrice's love life is super important. I'm fixing to distract myself from all… you know." Finn gestured vaguely to outside, implying he didn't want to think about all the people who were treating him poorly.

Irena whacked him lightly in the abdomen.
"Be nice." She told him "my sister is one of the only people who is nice to you besides me."
"We could go skating, like roller skating." She suggested "and then go cosmic bowling later, but it doesn't start until about 1AM, so we'll have to sneak out."

"Ow…" Teagan huffed, rubbing his stomach where Irena had hit him as though it actually hurt. "I'm just saying."
Finn listened as Irena spoke, evidently not noticing his brother, and nodded a bit. "Yeah, that's all fine with me if that's what you want to do. Sneaking out shouldn't be an issue for us."
Irena gave him a mysterious smile.
"Me either, just as long as Bea doesn't tell if she finds out, which she won't." She told both of them.
She went to her white desk and pulled out the bottom drawer, revealing a turquoise leather covered journal.
She opened it to the back pages and a hundred dollar bill, along with many twenties, some tens and a few fives and one measly dollar bill.
She slipped a twenty into her pocket and neatly laid the money back in the book, closing it and sliding it back into the drawer and closing it.
"Okay, I'm bringing money for snacks, if you need me to pay for your shoes I can, I have plenty of money saved up." She said, standing up and cracking her knuckles.
"Alright, sounds good." Finn shrugged and headed out of the room with Teagan tailing him. "I think I know the way there? We'll see." He waved to Beatrice as they left the house and started to lead the way towards the roller skating rink. He hadn't been there in ages; his balance wasn't the greatest, after all. Teagan was much better as far as coordination went.
Eventually, they made it to the rink, and Finn and Teagan got some skates from the attendant. "Alright, guys. Try not to break anything while we're here." Teagan said, turning to Finn and Irena.
