«Premise of the Story»
Murderous intentions and friendships; two things that shouldn’t really go together. Going to college is a dream… unless your friend is a genius freshman by day and a serial murderer by night. You eventually found this out one night. Thing is… you had a huge crush on him…
«Notes»
Sooooo… yeah.
My first ever somewhat NSFW MxM roleplay and I’m playing another fricking murderer (send help XD). Anyways, I don’t really mind a character template. You don’t have to do one if you don’t want to but if it helps you plan out the character more, tell me and I’ll make one for ya. Some things to clarify before we move on—
- Since my character is a murderer, please expect gore, blood, and some fucked up methods of killing.
- As you might have already figured out by now, NSFW scenes and such are fine by me as long as it’s not some weird fetish…
- Cursing is a pass all the way
- I will control your character at some point, mostly location wise.
- I recommend not using a very dominant character because my boy is a dom himself.
- Once again, as per every single one of my roleplays, if you have questions or ideas, please ask and suggest them.
- This is a first come, first serve situation and I need just one somewhat experienced person.
- Other than that, I’ll make sure you have fun along the way and as soon as you don’t, tell me so I can adapt the reply and/or situation.
Much love,
Altrince <3
((Okay, I'm already late on finishing a couple of character forms but this looks too good to pass up. Also, it sounds like a lot of fun, could I possibly join?))
((First off, welcome! And uh, most likely yes but if possible, could I see an example of your writing style first? Mostly for reference, if you don’t mind XD))
((Oh yeah, that's no problem, just give me a second to find one))
Mark shuffled into his apartment, exhausted from the long day of work. Moving and installing all of the shelves was not fun, but at least the paint job made the place look nicer. He walked past a mirror and got a good look of himself, _Man, I look bad, _which was no lie. He was covered in sawdust and dirt from drilling holes into the walls and potting and putting the plants onto the new shelves, then a ton of mud and dry dirt from well, potting the plants. But, he didn't really care, he was living his dream, and was finally able to run his own shop. He knew that his aunt would be proud of him if only she could see him now. But his family decided to have absolutely no connections with him after he left home, they were too disappointed in him about "the incident.' The one thing his family never talked about because they were too ashamed of what had happened. It wasn't like they ever tried to hear him out, or understand what had happened. They just immediately blamed him and made his life hell, which was why, when he got the chance, he left. His phone in his back pocket began to ring and he moved to grab it. He looked at the number and didn't recognize it, but he was one of those people that always answered. He picked up and said a quiet hello, when the other person responded, his jaw dropped, he hadn't expected the guy from the tattoo parlor to actually him, he figured that they would just have each other's phone numbers, just in case. He blushed slightly as the guy continued to talk until the guy told him the news he had been subtly mentioning, "T-the plaza's been burnt down?" Mark stammered trying to understand the news. "Oh god!" His knees buckled and he landed on the floor, 'Everything I've been working for is now gone.' A tear trickled down his cheek, he had just finished paying off his mortgage for the building, and now it was finally his, but now. . .now it was gone.
((Okay, that's it, I hope it's okay))
((That… wow, that was more than okay XD. Alright, yeah! Uh… you need a character template or are we good to go?))
((Personally, I'd kind of like to jump in, but if you'd prefer a character form, we can do that too))
((Nah. I’m not the biggest fan of character templates either so we can definitely start right away! Just— give me a moment to write out a starter.))
((Oki doks, that sounds good))
After a long night of “studying”, Isaac had come to his class somewhat refreshed. He looked around and waited for people to start coming in. His soft and straight blonde hair was tied into a small ponytail. He crossed his legs as he pulled out his phone, checking the latest news.
”Innocent businessman slaughtered in alleyway; fifth victim with ‘Ace of Hearts’ sticker.”
“Boring headline…” he whispered to himself when he noticed his ‘friend’, the one who sat beside him, enter the classroom. He sent them an innocent wave.
Damien headed into the class with his group of friends. He was near the center of the group but he wasn't paying any attention to what he was being said. Not that he really cared. They had been arguing over politics, a topic he could have cared less about when one of the girls mentioned a murder from a day or two ago. They weren't exactly sure. He wasn't going to stay around to listen to them argue even more about something else. So he walked over to his seat and sat down, scrolling through his phone. He looked up for a second and noticed his friend sitting there and waved back before pulling out his laptop, "Hey, what's up?" He said unlocking his laptop and pulling up his textbook for the class. "Did you finish up the timeline?" He sighed and fixed his short brown hair. He had woken up about twenty minutes before, so he still had bedhead. He smoothed down his unruly curls and looked up, waiting for Isaacs's answer.
“Not yet, I’m still missing a lot of information,” Isaac had mentioned, pulling out his own laptop. Thank the gods that his laptop’s brightness has been turned down significantly, otherwise Damien might have noticed the simulation he had running on his laptop. One… that was an replica of the murder that had happened just last night. He opened up one of his literature documents before turning the brightness up. He started working on them a bit more before speaking up in a tone that only Damien could hear…
“Have you heard about the murder last night?”
"OOf, I finished if you want to see it, but it took me forever to do." He said grumbling a little bit, "Personally, I hate Mr. Goldstein, and I think he knows that, so he's started adding on more work for me." He said with a sigh, or at least harder questions." But that wasn't too important, he grabbed a granola bar and downed it in a few seconds before he focused back on what Isaac was saying, "The murder? Oh, uhm yeah, it was pretty sad the way the guy was just sort of all ripped up." He shuddered thinking about it, "Poor man, he might have had a family or something, and to think that that's the way he died." He sighed sadly and pulled out another granola bar, "I mean, it's all over the news and everyone has been talking about it." He peeled off the wrapper and took another bite, "What do you think about it?" The murder was actually on the news all over the world. It was pretty bad and it was another kill for this serial killer guy. It actually scared Damien a bit, to think that there was another killer out on the loose and so close to home too.
Isaac eyed his friend for a bit when he mentioned of the poor man’s death. It was interesting how news got around so quickly these days. Thankfully, planned murders seem to work perfectly in this part of the town, judging from the fact that no one had a clue who the murderer was. Not even the one who sat beside the man in question it seemed.
“It’s the fifth murder with the ‘Ace of Hearts’ sticker on the corpse’s cheek. And to think that the murders have happened all within this area is a bit…” he stopped there. No, he wasn’t going to slip anything away. He let out a small cough.
“Anyways, you free tonight? I just got two coupons to the hotpot place you go to often.”
Damien tried to stifle a yawn as he listened to Isaac, "Yeah, it's just weird. I've found it a little interesting that their sort of so close around here. I mean, it almost seems as if this person is following some sort of pattern, or maybe they don't even care and they're just here for now on a small killing spree." He noted Isaac's abrupt ending and decided to drop the topic, "Oh yeah, that'd be fun." He said with a smile, "I didn't know you liked that kind of food." He smiled a bit before turning his attention to the profesor who had beggan to speak.
Isaac also turned back to the professor when he started to talk. Albeit, he wanted to work on the sixth victim’s death and how he would execute it but with all the people around, it wouldn’t be wise to even try. He’ll have to wait until break or something like that. Now, since he’d invited Damien to dinner, he’ll have to make sure that he doesn’t question his disappearance when his victim does appear. Who did he have in mind this time around? He didn’t really know yet. But if he does find one down the line, he’ll make sure that they’re not going home tonight.
Damien pulled out his notebook and began to write down notes, not exactly interested in failing another one of this guy's quizzes, this class was normally pretty fun for him, but at the moment his brain wasn't letting him focus, it was wandering over to the part of his brain that was too happy and giddy at the moment. Had Isaac actually asked him out? Or was it more of a friend thing? He honestly didn't mind which it was, he was just excited to spend some more time with this guy. He was, well different from most of the people in Damien's group. They were all extremely extroverted and most of the time pretty annoying if you didn't know them too well. While Isaac, he was a bit - a lot- different. And that just attracted Damien to him a lot. He leaned back against his chair, still taking notes, but not focusing as much, This'll be fun, and probably nothing more than dinner. Maybe something to take my mind off of all this shit. He grumbled softly thinking about some of the classes he was stressed about taking the next semester, This'll be nice.
(Let’s just fast forward to lunchtime, shall we? We don’t need to talk about them suffering in class now do we? XD)
When break time came around, Isaac eyed Damien for a moment deciding to stand up. Something about the dude during the past period didn’t seem so… normal. Whatever the reason, he wanted to guess that it was because of his invitation to dinner. Not that he would bring it up.
“Try not to stuff yourself with lunch, you don’t wanna sleep in Earth Science again, do you?” He asked plainly, letting out a soft smirk at the end of the question. That should do. He was hesitating between eating at the noodles place and the steak place around the college. Both of which weren’t too expensive and weren’t too much for a lunch. Though… perhaps he’ll ask Damien.
“Where do you wanna eat?”
(I would hope not, I don't want to get too far into Damien's brain))
Damien pushed himself up out of his chair and grabbed his laptop stuffing it back into his bag, "Oh, shut up. I can't help that the class is boring and that I'm tired." He grumbled, as he started to walk out of the classroom towards his friend group. Then he heard Isaac ask him a question, "Huh?" He turned back around and made his way back over to him, "You want my opinion on where you're going out to eat?" Then, he realized what he meant, "Oh, me, lunch? Oh, I was going to go to this new burger joint, do you want to go with me? I don't mind if you'd like to, but if you having something that you need to do, I mean." He looked down at his feet, feeling awkward for rambling too much, "It's your choice I guess."
When Damien gave his answer, Isaac nodded and shrugged.
“Sounds good to me. Lead the way,” he smiled, rocking on the balls of his feet as he spoke. His phone gave a quick ding. He pulled his phone out, noticing that it was a notification of a new article around the ‘Ace of Hearts’ killings.
”Police theorize ‘Ace of Hearts’ killer to be from a local college,” was the headline.
Of course, Isaac smiled at it. Even if they can guess where the killer was, it’s unlikely—almost impossible—that they’ll figure out who it is. He readjusted his bag once more when he kept his phone.
He nodded, "Oh, okay." He started to walk out of the room, and towards one of the exits. He stopped walking when he exited the building and turned to look at Isaac, as he spoke he began to figet with a strap of his backpack, "Uhm, it's pretty close to here, but I was going to drive, what do you think?" He looked around wondering where his friends had gone. It had almost seemed as though they had just disappeared right after class, but he'd catch up with them later, "I mean, I don't mind walking if you'd prefer too." His phone chimed, but he ignored it, it was probably just someone from his study group or something, but he could respond to it later, "Uhm, what do want to do?"
Isaac raised a small brow at the sudden nervous vibe the boy gave. He shrugged it off as just him being him.
“We can drive there, I suppose you’ll be more comfortable that way.” He mentioned with a small laugh as he went to stand beside Damien, patting him on the back.
“You know what kind of person I am already,” he gave a rather bright smile when he spoke. He had a sudden idea in mind when he patted Damien’s back. Something about… himself touching Damien’s body was a bit… how should he have put this? Surprising? Well, that and a bit interesting. For some reason, he felt his mind wander elsewhere when he got the smallest of smells from Damien’s body. Body cologne again, he thought. Not that he minded.
Damien nodded, "Okay, that works, actually that's great." He said happily, as he moved over to his car, the fact that Isaac had even touched him didn't register to him. He unlocked his car and threw his bags and stuff into the back seat, then got into the driver's seat. As he began to get the GPS up, he started to zone out again, this time thinking about the murders again. It was odd to him that it was happening in this town, nothing ever happened here. But, he could think about that later, it wouldn't be right to focus on that. After all, he going out to eat with Isaac, not talk about these murders, he do that later tonight, or during class. As he began to drive to the place he decided to make some conversation with Isaac, "So what do you think of the new professor, I think her last name is Fulton, I don't remember her first name though. I heard that her classes are pretty easy."
Isaac sat down beside the driver’s seat, holding his bag in front of him. He looked outside the window as the car drove down the road. When the question was asked, he turned to Damien.
“Professor Fulton? Eh… she’s alright I guess. Honestly though, I enjoy any class as long as you’re there.” He spoke out almost subconsciously, letting himself drift off for a moment. When he realized what he just said, he was about to correct himself but…
No.
This was a good chance to see if Damien had thought of him as friend or something more. After all, it might make his job tonight just a bit… easier.
Damien's ears turned a slight shade pink as he continued to drive, "That's sweet of you." He mumbled, then tried to make it seem as though it was nothing. He focused back on the road, "Uhm, me too." He said quietly, as he started to chew on his lower lip, it was a nervous tic he had formed when he was a child, and had stuck with him. Then, changing the subject a little, he turned to look over at Isaac, still somewhat keeping his eyes on the road, "So, uhm, well. . ." He trailed off feeling a little awkward, SHITTT, "Uhm, yeah, she's alright, I guess."
