The Celestial Cetacean Coalition
The OP-727 utilizes a pair of OWW OL-22 laser cannons as its main gun armament. These cannons are great for a dogfight as lasers don't experience bullet drop, which is a huge drawback to ballistic cannons. It has high energy allocation, so it can penetrate most light spacecraft armor, however this high energy allocation leads it to have a shorter battery life and overall shorter capacity than other light fighter laser cannons. The cannons cannot penetrate the thermal plating of main battle tanks like the EC PL-90.
