Remnant. Remnant is a type of energy that is created by the accumulation of intense emotion. Those emotions create wisps and those wisps are directly affected by the emotion they were created by. The most dangerous types of remnant are rage and agony. Avoid contact at all times if possible. Remnant is what makes most of the animatronics function other that the original five who were possessed by children. Springtrap is a mixture or possession and remnant. Avoid contact with Springtrap at any and all cost as he holds the highest danger level amongst the animatronics other than Monty and Foxy who are equipped with claws and other sharp objects such as teeth or, in Foxy’s case, a hook.
