It’s whimsical but the characters don’t think about it much since they life there. Some humans have evolved there, but the original inhabitants are very scarce since reproduction was rare. This story takes place a long time after humans evolved and the originals are growing more scarce by the century, but they’re becoming more valuable. A war has broken out over the rights of the original breed, using them as weapons and tools to expand the technology of the human race, or letting them choose to help or live their lives n peace. This war has been going on for hundreds of years, and this year marks the 1000th year of war that has decimated the planet and it’s resources, killing millions of people. The elders of originals are weary of the end of the war, sensing it will come soon and with great loss. A champion will rise and conquer, and through the rubble the world will rise up again, and with the new year starting, the war has just begun.
