Hm.

All was fine.
Agnes Burg, the one responsible for bringing the Agnes Place to a wretched place we call Earth, had a decent life. She met a guy, married, and was then responsible for bringing Meg Burg to the same wretched Earth. Later though, Agnes was struck with cancer, and it was Meg's duty to take Agnes's place in the Agnes Place.
All was fine.
Until a strange man with strange green eyes and a strange personality with strange questions and strange motives and other strange things walks in.
Since then, things were not fine.
They were brilliant.
And then utterly horrible.
And then fine.

Same laws of physics. Well, not according to the Green Eyed Man. He can bend the molecular levels of any object with his hands and mind. It's weird.
