There are 3 heads of the multiverse. They are immortal, and have been around since the beginning of time. They decide everything; from when people are born and die, what jobs they have, and especially who their soulmates are.

Magic is only applicable in some of the multiverse. The universes where magic exists, like the universe of Harry Potter or fairy tales, the rules of magic vary depending on the own personal rules of that universe.

The rulers of the multiverse are very technologically advanced. They know all the secrets of the universe, so they have the best of technology.
