Every 10,000 years, 6 praethonminas (praethon) are chosen to protect the Earth from enemies
The 6 are chosen based on elementals : Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space, and Time
Each girl embodies a certain value that is key to mastering the power of the praethon.
When she is chosen, she gains a newer persona, which embodies the value more. She also gains the ability to converse with past praethons of that element.
They are invincible, but only vulnerable when consulting past praethons. If they die before choosing a predecessor, their soul is sent into a catatonic state in the realm of the dead, and until a new praethon of that element can save them, they stay that way for all eternity.
