Friday Afternoon Tea 2024 Tea Advent Calendar

Day 1 - Gleam's Glow; Holiday in a cup, warm and cozy. Would order again.

Day 2 - Found Family; Bitter and not enough blackberry flavor.

Day 3 - Pure Peppermint; Good as peppermint teas go, but I'm not a peppermint girlie.

Day 4 - Lavender Earl Grey; 100% yes, favorite, add some steamed milk for a London Fog!

Day 5 - Jasmine Chun Hao; A good jasmine tea, but I don't like jasmine teas so it's not for me.

Day 6 - Infatuation; Literally tastes like a liquid Mounds bar. Need to order when it's in rota and we have money.

Day 7 - Maple Houjicha; Smells really strong, tastes kinda eh.

Day 8 - Spice Must Flow; Smells and tastes like coffee more than tea, and all the flavors work well together.

Day 9 - Peppermint Stick; The caramel tastes more like chocolate and the peppermint isn't overwhelming. For sure a reorder!

Day 10 - Zomba White Tea Pearls; Tastes fine, but not any different from the other teas. The flavor does not justify the price on it.

Day 11 - Warm Heart; Absolute hatred, never ordering this again.

Day 12 - Mexican Chocolate Mate; Not much of a mate fan and this makes it palatable, but would not order on my own.

Day 13 - Lucky 13; Absolutely tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, need to buy when it's in stock.

Day 14 - Lao Cong Oolong; Smells like the iron of blood and tastes nasty af, not an oolong fan.

Day 15 - Pumpkin Pie Rooibos; Smells very strongly of cinnamon, doesn't taste like much except the rooibos and even that's a bit watered down.

Day 16 - Herr Drosselmeyer; Smelled strong, tasted fine as far as black teas go but needed a lot of sugar to make it palatable.

Day 17 - Besos de Cacao; One of my faves. Tastes like the perfect mix of tea and chocolate.

Day 18 - Berry Juice; Another favorite. Tastes like warm non-alcoholic sangria, especially good with sugar.

Day 19 - Capricorn; Initially clocked this as green tea and lemongrass, but no tea here. Wouldn't get it again though.

Day 20 - Lantern in the Mists; Something about the olive leaf is a no-no, which I've encountered before and know I don't like, so this one is also out.

Day 21 - Choco Cherry Black Tea; Should have been great, but seems the batch was off. Not the only one to say this.

Day 22 - Proof of Life; Couldn't taste any of the flavors in this, just tea and jasmine.

Day 23 - Daughter's Rings; Good, but not my favorite/not a reorder.

Day 24 - Warm Wishes; Chili flavor is nice, but otherwise not really something I'd reorder.

Day 25 - Papa Wolf; Too much green tea, not enough other flavors.
