Celebration of the Gods of Edal
The celebration of Maedas occurs when both sun cycles have been completed, where two of the moons align perfectly with each sun.
Maedas is a symbol of harmony and acceptance. As Maedas is celebrated, one of the most important messages people give is "We all can come together."
Maedas originated from the desire to celebrate the Gods and Goddesses that protect the planets of Aris.
Although the Gods of Edal are minor deities, the major significance of Maedas is to properly extend offerings in exchange for the protection their children and crops.
In another circumstance, specifically to Joria, the significance of Maedas is to keep the two largest kingdoms in agreement with one another. In other words, the constant agreement there will be no war.
