Central Novina

Central Novina is a huge city that floats in the atmosphere of the Gas Giant Novina. The city is covered by a giant bubble that protects the city from the strong storms and wind of the gas giant. It also protects the city from attack. The city is the largest in the Spihydron star systen and is the 3rd largest in the entire Spino Space Federation (excluding the Spino Space Station.)

The central Spino Space Federation building is the tallest on Novina, and by far the most recognizable.

The main roads in central Novina go through many different parts, and they all lead to the Central Spino Space Federation building.

The courtyard, streets, and surrounding buildings around the central Spino Space Federation building is by far the busiest areas.

The nicer neighborhoods are closer to the center of the city, while the less nice ones are closer to the edge.

Mostly supportive of Spino Space Federation rule.

Central Novina was built as a floating city on Novina. It was built in space and then flown into Novina's atmosphere.

Central Novinians grow and farm their own food on the outskirts of the city.

Central Novinians primarily get their energy from wind farms outside of the protective bubble covering the city. It utilizes the strong wind and storms of the gas giant. It is the largest wind farm in the galaxy.

Everything on Novina is recycled

Very little waste is produced.
