General Description
A mining town located on the eastern side of Terrata, near the base of the Rupess Mountains. Matella is the source of many Crystals used in Terratan Magitech, with a deep and sprawling network of mining tunnels.
The operation is run by a family of Water Magic users, who often assist in digging tunnels and healing those wounded in mining accidents.
