Rellon

A relatively-small but tight-knit community composed entirely of mortuexans. Rellon pulls in mortu refugees fleeing from harsh mistreatment; its population grows by the day and it is starting to draw unwanted attention. Frigis and fervis seen anywhere near the outer walls are killed on sight. Food is scarce, but there is a thriving artisan community.
