Version One:
In the beginning, there was only void. From the dust of nothingness formed the Creator. As the Creator walked along the void, they realized there was nothing for them to drink. So, they created a pool of limitless water. From the ripples of the pool came the Creature. The Creature was incredibly melancholic; "why have you damned me to a void without life?" it cried to the Creator. It could not live properly in a world without prey to hunt and forests to roam, and was filled with anguish.
The Creator responded "So it shall be, Creature." And so began the Week of the Universe, in which the Creator created the universe over a period of seven days:
On the first day, they created the stars, so to guide their beings.
On the second day, they created suns, so to make day.
On the third day, they created moons, so to make night.
On the fourth day, they created the planets, so to make a land for the Creature.
After the fourth day, the Creature roamed the universe.
