Tactiborn

A type of Craftborn associated with Tactimancy.

(warm goldenrod skin, hands with four bulbous-tipped fingers that are highly sensitive and can pick out the finest details through touch, tendrils sticking out of the shoulders that are fully prehensile and also sensitive to touch, ditto for their extra mouthparts (they're jointed, not like horns))

(when heavily mutated, the fingers sprout into basically tentacles and way more shoot out of their back)
