Old God

The original sentient life form, from which Elves and Dwarves were born.

The Gods were extremely powerful, and could create other sentient beings at will, but not to the same level of power. They were also very strong, and could change their physical bodies, but only keeping within humanoid shapes.

The Gods, being unnatural beings, found themselves completely overpowered by Nature which, despite their otherworldly origins, was able to force them to abide by it's rules to some extent. This limited their true power, and made their immortality almost redundant (See Curse of the Immortal).

Curse of the Immortal

Due to the aggressive control brought on to them by Nature, the Gods have long held an immense hatred for it. This they also passed down to their sentient creations.
