Effect: Grants 1d6+2 hit points, +2 to Constitution saves, and advantage on Perception and Investigation checks for 1 hour.
Drawback: After consumption, the user must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8, +1 per additional berry that week). On a failure:
• Sedative Craving: The user craves the plant’s leaves, needing to make an hourly Constitution save (DC 8, +1 per hour) to stay awake. Failing puts them to sleep for 1d4 hours.
• Breaking Free: Upon waking or passing a stay-awake save, they may attempt a Wisdom save (DC 10, +1 per berry) to end the craving cycle.
