It was given the name Lifeblood and was considered a settlement at around 2209

It started soon after the beginning of the apocalypse, when a apartment building's guests and managers worked together to survive. They let other survivors inside, and soon they started to build off of the apartment, scavenging supplies nearby (although since The Empty was at its worst, supplies were limited). It grew into a small town, then a large settlement, over a span of thousands of years, with a stable social structure and respected leaders.
