Volana

This "planet" takes the form of a large moon with craters that each have a small town in them. The craters are rather deep, so underground tunnels connect the many towns together. Large domed ceilings loom over the towns to keep the citizens safe. There is one domed tunnel that stretches from the main city onto the surface of the planet, allowing authorized citizens travel above ground. The dome above this place is invisible, and all it does is provide oxygen. A large fence marks the area.

Volana hasn't been in a war yet because of it's peaceful nature

When Odium was destroyed, some residents rushed over to a nearby moon to stay safe. They started a small colony there, which grew into Volana.
