The Home of the Panama canal Panama City was a Major site of contest during WW3. Due to it being a major route. Its crown Jewel the Canal is now almost useless but the primary city/Faction is Trying to fix it.

Dragon Remnant: Remnants of the Dragon alliance invasion force attacking Panama before the world died. They arent as hostile compared too other invasion Remnants around the Western Mega-Wasteland(The term used for the western side of Earth) they do have issues with the NAR due to a NAR expedition attacking them cause the mistook them for hostile remnants . New Panamaian Guard: The NPG was formed from US military left in Panama and the Panama Defense Force. They are mainly there to defend new Panama. But once more and more hostile groups started appearing in the Panama City ruins they have started to do non defensive ops. The major one being the Madmen War.

Madmen: Mutants technically the Madmen are due to a Jungle disease causing jungle dwelling people to go mad. They never became a threat till a Large clan of them only known as the Frog clan invaded Panama city and New Panama jn raids. The NPG and the Dragon Remnants would actually work together to push back them wiping out the entire clan thanks to a Moab found in a Howard AFB storeroom. And dropping it from a Repaired plane.

New Panama. A settlement Built around and on the City section of the Panama canal its the only City settlement in all of Panama. Currently the New Panamaian Guard .

Shang: A Small town Built on the landing strip for Howard AFB. It was built by the Dragon remnants due too the abandoned invasion force knowing their stuck here now.
