Providence Rhode Island

City

The Capital of Rhode Island and now the Capital of The Rhode Island Union. Providence was a Major Port in Rhode island Prewar. Outside of that though it wasnt specifically targeted by the US Enemies so radiation isnt severe but years of no repairs and care has caused most of the city to collapse or be unsafe for human habitat. But that hasnt stopped people from still living in or around the cities few standing structures.

New England Union: The Main powerhouse in New England. The union has raided every military base in New England making them rival the NAR in Gear. Their providence base is in New Federal made out of Federal Hill.

Stampers: A minor Faction that collects and produces stamps for the North Eastern US wasteland. Based in the half of Brown University that isnt collapsed.

Raven Guild: A Collection faction thats preserves the surviving works of Edgar Allan Poe and the other books in the Providence Atheneum. They arnt hostile towards other non evil groups. But they have been known to scare people.

New Federal: The Capital settlement of Rhode Island New Federal is also a Major settlement or city for the New England Union. And currently is a major target for the NAR during the Northern war
