While many cities were Destroyed during the war there was still a few cities worldwide that were just abandoned or are Insignificant in the new world. This also is given to areas with only 1 faction that is set up or is Plucked clean of Useful technology

Arlington Texas: While a Popular city Prewar its current state makes it unwanted by the major factions in the US due to no worthwhile technology Outside of its engraving facility but that was looted already. Now Arlington only has tbe Cow Wranglers a group that breeds cattle to be traded with the Texan wasteland. And the Followers of the Duke a Small group that made him a Saint. They arnt hostile to anyone not trying to kill them.

Durham North Carolina: While Part of the Research triangle prewar ( area made by cities of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, and home to three major research universities: North Carolina State University, Duke University, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill,) its a Scavengers Paradise But a chunk of the city is gone due to a nuke landing on it only keeping the city hall and a few surrounding buildings intact enough. No major groups originated here but it housed Facility 483 under the city hall and The Northerner Slavers had a Base around the old city hall. Thankfully they never got into Facility 483 where the Forebearer project was held. A Program to make Immortals Using a specialized cybernetic known as Forebear Cores

The Angle Minnesota: a strange location Prewar still is after. It is a Mega Settlement that built a wall cutting them off from Canada and is currently a Caravan stop. No Major Factions have a Claim on it.

Bethlehem Pennsylvania: Known for it being a Major producer of steel used in New Yorks and Philadelphias birth it is now contested by NAR and New England Union. Both sides are trying to use the Steel Facility to produce steel. Currently NAR Control
