Once a Prosperous Port city in Louisiana and known for its culture and Mardi gras. The city had a Nuclear bomb hit directly on the outskirts while Nukes aimed for the Gulf of Mexico cities landed and caused massive flooding for the Lower areas of the city. Now its a Heavily contested Zone Both for its Significance and for the Europa Corp HQ.

NAR Southern Division. They are active in Orleans due to its Significance partly but mainly their here to Get access to Europa Corps HQ to find possible locations for all the US Cryo Facilities. And are scavenging the WW2 Museum. based in the Old Coast Guard HQ.

Française Ligue (French League) Descendants of the French Quarter Residents the League is Neutral but they will protect New Orleans with their lives. Based in the French Quarter turned City of New France.

Louisiana Boaters: A major group in the Orleans Wasteland they use their boats to traverse the Flooded parts of the city and the Lake Pont areas. Based on the Steamboat Natchez they were able to get off the shore and into the water.

The Mardi Group: A roving band that keeps mardi gras alive and well. They base themselves in the French Quarter.

Jazzers: A Competitor of the Mardi Group they are a Music group that keeps Jazz Alive. Based in the Preservation Hall.

Voodoo Cultists: A Cult that keeps Voodoo alive and have been known to kidnap people to do their Sacrificing towards their gods. they are based in a Plantation on the Outskirts of the city.

Zues Protocol: Not necessarily a Faction but still Notable the Zues Protocol is the Protocol the Robots based and guarding the Europa Cryotech HQ are using. The Firewalls used to protect this have stumped even the most skilled NAR hacker. And due to The Heavy defenses the NAR would need a full atttack force before they can take the facility which due to Heavy operations in the North-Eastern States they can't supply it.

Due to the Flooding and Disrepair the Audubon Aquarium became ruined and set free it's creatures it was keeping most notably sharks. But denizens of the city have started hunting the sharks making business with the fins and meat

The Lake Pont Causeway COMPLETELY collapsed with only the Northern entrance being still useable by a town.

The Cytotechnology Giant "Europa Cryotech" has their Main US HQ in New Orleans which is the entire reasoning for NAR being in New Orleans. But its Heavily guarded by Robots.

New France: Due to it being on Higher ground the French Quarter was relatively untouched minus Disrepair that comes with abandonment of cities. Now its home to the French League and has become the biggest settlement in Louisiana and maybe the Gulf Wasteland.

Bridgetown: A small town Built on the remains of the Lake Pont Bridge. They trade in Fish and have become a docking site for the Boaters.
