PPU: The Porteguese Peoples Union is a New Militarized Group. That is built from the ruins of Portugal and have become the Enemy of the Order and multiple Spain factions. they based themselves in a Outpost outside of Barcelona for atleast their Barcelona groups.

NDR: The NFR or New France Republic have sent scouts countless times into Spain and Barcelona. they aren't hostile but aren't allies to the Order.
