Once a the capital of Arkansas Little rock Little rock was known for iy housing multiple nonprofit organizations and many industrial facilities most notably Aircraft. It wasnt hit directly by missles due to it being less of a target then most cities even though it had its aircraft facilities producing military aircraft but it wasnt known by the Enemy at the time.

NAR: Just in Little rock to scavenge aircraft parts for the NAR forces. Based in the Airbase. But have plans to maybe take the Razorback submarine which if successful would be the first submarine in the NAR

The Nine: A Group dedicated to dropping racism of Radiated and passive mutants. They arnt militaristic and rlly only have armed guards but have status in southern settlements. Based in the highschool

Clinton church: A new faction they believe Clinton was some prewar saint they arnt Hostile till you make fun of their saint: Based in a church made from scrap.

Little rock tribe:A group set up along the River the Tribe is hostile to those who attack them and trades with trade groups and is known for knowing how to fish like the ancient people.

Damton: A Town built on the dam Bridge.
