Once the Capital of Vietnam and home to some of the worlds highest buildings. Fell during the nuclear Holocaust Though Vietnam was in defense mode prewar due to Cambodia proclaiming war on Vietnam. Only 2 months before the bombs dropped. Now the City is a mountain range of skylines and is plauged by rad storms from chinas wasteland.

Yellow Dragon: A Confucian faction dedicated to preserving old world literature. They are a neutral Faction but will fight when their in danger. based in the Confucian temple.

Chi's Guard: A Faction that is fighting to prevent the NVE and South Republic annexation of Hanoi. They are continuing Ho Chi's work even if he was long dead before the war. but
they are primarily fighting the NVE due to SR having peace talks with the Guard. based in the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

NVE: The North Vietnam Empire is a heavily militaristic Faction attempt to turn Vietnam into what it was before the Vietnam war. They are at war with the south republic who just want to rebuild prewar Vietnam. Based in the General university

South Republic: A Military Faction similar to the NAR surprisingly as both want to Rebuild theor countries to their prewar state based in the National Economics University

Old town: A Settlement built in the Pld Town quarter.

New Viettel: A entire town built around the old Viettel HQ they have turned the roof grass patches into gardens.
