Dubai once a Jewel in the desert is now a ruin covered in sand. Multiple factions are fighting for the buried relics it possesses

New Babel: A religious group they believe the Khalifa is the Tower of Babel found in old texts. The tower is cut in-half now but that doesnt stop the group from throwing enemies off the highest floor

New Emirate: the Emirate is a militaristic faction set on ruling the Arabian Wasteland. They are based in Fahidi Fortress.

Spice Guild: the Spice guild are traders dedicated to selling old world spices and other things. Their Dubai base is in the Souks area.

The Sail: A Faction of the remaining elite of Dubai the Sail are based in the Burj and boss around everyone and kill those who defy them.

The Khalifa wouldn't survive the nuclear war and would collapse leaving its ruin sprawling across the city and its fall would kill more then the nukes did when they hit the City

Bastakia: Built in the old quarter due to the resistance it had against the nukes. Their always bullied by the Emirate and other groups
