Chicago was once a bustling city (well if you dont count high crime-rates) it was considered one of the biggest cities in the US at the time but sadly ir wasn't safe from the nuclear Holocaust. 3 nukes hit it 1 a
5mt ICBM hit lake Michigan next to the city causing flooding in the shoreline parts. And 2 North korean nukes hit the surrounding city. 1 directly on the Tree reserve and a another that hit Highland. The city is a warzone that's maybe even worst then DC. The city is considered a Skyscraper graveyard due to it having multiple still standing scrapers in it.

NAR northern section: the NAR are in Chicago both as a main Base for non Toronto Canadian ops and cause the city's history. Based in Willis Tower.

Mespos: a group that follows Mesopotamian culture atleast they think when im Truth its a mix of all the middle eastern cultures and from the records of the Oriental. Based well in the oreintal Museum.

Dino Gang: The Dino gang is a large bandit group based in the natural history museum. Their leader is a Trek head wearing man called The Rex

Rookers: a mercenary group based in the Rookery Building. While not hostile they have a strong dislike for the NAR and cant do anything due to the NAR base in willis being almsot next door

Gangsters: 2 Groups exist New Capone who are where the Philly group is from and the Dillenger group who is at war with the Capones.

Crown city: a city built in Millennium park. Specifically the Hutchinson field and Buckingham fountain areas

Wrigley: a Small Town built in Wrigley Field. Its known to have issues when jt comes to crime
