Pelari
Upper Pelari-Sand bank with tide pools
Lower Pelari-Coral reef
Home of the Oceancallers, this city is much different than its sister cities due to it being underwater. The city has both a topside, located on the coast of the Summer Ocean, called Upper Pelari and a bottom side, located under the ocean, called Lower Pelari. Upper Pelari is mostly a sand basin with fountains of beautiful blue-clear water sprouting from them. Lower Pelari is an ocean haven full of life. Made of thousands of different types of coral, Lower Pelari is home to many types of wildlife, such as whale sharks, jellyfish, squid, and fish. Legend has it that Pelari is home to a fierce guardian that protects the city from the dark depths of the ocean.
