The town of elves and mages where Pholia used to often visit. Once a lively and adequately illuminated town, where elves, mages, tourists and travelers used to enjoy the pleasing and unique warmth that the town produces. The warmth was produced by the minerals that emits and contains energy, and with the help of kind peoples from Astra City, they perceived and learned how to use and manipulate the energy of the minerals. Thus, they used the minerals to illuminate the town and designed it to produce heat.
The current looks and condition of Shiversnow, is darker and colder than it used to be. The lights of lanterns, houses, and lampposts are the only sign of illumination in the cold town. Because of the freezing temperature, peoples finds it difficult to perform tasks and activities outside, and rarely even leaves their home.
