Waterheim

The mountains in Rothary that line either side of the bay leading to The Crystal River Academy hold many secrets, and Waterheim is one - a massive fortress built on one of the many waterfalls that come from the mountains by people long forgotten.

It's dilapidated, abandoned, and falling apart, reclaimed by the wilds since no one has lived there in so long.
