The great Brazilian city of Rio was a Popular destination prewar but when WW3 started it was among the First targets of Venezuela when they joined the war. Venezuelan Forces arrived on the beaches of Rio the Day before the Nukes causing alot of Venezuelan soldiers to be stranded and forming their own faction. No nukes hit the city itself only 1 nuke landing in the closeby mountains

New Church: a Group of people who still follow Christianity. Some have called it a cult due to them having heretics but rlly all that happens is they wont help non-believers like no food or Water. But won't kill heretics themselves. Based at the jesus statue

Wing Remnants: The remnants of the Venezuelan forces that invaded rio on the day before the fall. They only fight the Dolphin Republic a Rio militaristic group
Based in the Sugarloaf Forts

Dolphin Group: A group that wants to rebuild Brazil but this also ended up in old time enemies like Venezuela which has caused the war against the Wing Remnants.
Based in a settlement in the ruins of Maracanã which had part of its roof destroyed.

New Carnival: a Group that rlly wants to rebuild the great Carnival that was known around the world prewar. Based in the old sambódromos.

Sea Mutants: Mutants that originated in the radioactive oceans around Rio.

Cruzada Inquisition t: A group almost like the New Church but alot more fanatical to the point that they Kill anyone who isnt believers and then hang the corpses. They act alot like the old inquisitions. New Church are enemies of them due to some believing the New church will dothe same. Based in the ruins of São Francisco da Penitência
