Your normal, everyday city. Totally not inhabited by magical gems and animals.

When one looks upon this tiny city, it's nothing more than a mere city located near the ocean. It has a neighborhood, some small stores (such as The Big Donut), a Fun Land park, and a giant hill with a lighthouse on top of it. The giant hill is facing the ocean, with a beach house leaning against the giant hill. A four-armed woman appears to be the base of the beach house... curious. This place is inhabited by mostly humans, though various animals and gems can be found here.

English. Gems are known to speak Gemlish although it's mostly just English.

Quite small, only around 24 people (which is excluding gems and animals.)

Depends. There aren't any annual sport events although most people tend to play tennis at their homes and volleyball on the beaches.

Beach City is settled next to the ocean, hence its name.

Beach City doesn't produce any crops. Instead, they import it from other cities. Beach City's main economy is based off fishing and tourism.

Beach City is located in Delmarva, USA.

Pretty moderate. In the summers, the city is quite hot and best advised to stay indoors. Tourists are popular in the summer months and people can go to the beach to relax or hang out. In the winters, Beach City is prone to blizzards and snow.

Wars? What makes you think a little city would have WARS? I mean, if you're counting the giant green hand, Yellow and Blue Diamond coming over... yeah that might count as battles but not WARS.
