A cool, steel and brick city with a shiny exterior that is seemingly perfect on the outside. Underneith this facade, however, lies a vastcriminal underbelly that spreads from the streets to the council. So much, that the police have given up trying to control.

Crime is rampant throughout the city, being much more focused in the downtown region and suburbs.

Most speak English, though, in the more traditional parts of town, elder animals teach the young their traditional languages.

There are over 9 million people living here.
