It is an empire spread around the world with lots of different cities for each classification of Numine divus. It exist on top of the human world but is invisible to humans.

Dancing is a widespread activity that most Numine Divus enjoy doing. The most popular form of dance is Ballet.

It was founded by the fourteen universe guardians as a place of sanctuary for their fellow guardians, including Malfaketes.
