The Sea Palace is an above-ground palace which the SeaWings claim as their capital and use to communicate with the rest of the tribes.

The Sea Palace is built in a huge hollowed out island. From the sides, the island looks like a tall cylinder with trees at the top and beaches around the sides, but from the top it looks like a huge donut. The entire island is just a ring with an open roof and the Palace in the center, rising out of a shallow pool of water which is surrounded by beaches. The steep rock walls of the island itself are dotted with caves and tunnels full of houses and storerooms.

The Sea Palace was founded as a way for the usually reclusive SeaWings to communicate and trade with the rest of the world. It took decades, as the SeaWings carved and hand-sculpted the entire island to be hollow (with the help of an animus dragon, although he died halfway through the process). When the palace was finally finished, it was an instant tourist attraction and one of the most beautiful places in all of Pyrrhia.
