These are generally informal locations such as pockets underneath collapsed buildings, maintenance offices in steam tunnels, buried vehicles, attics, basements, closets, parking garages, public bathrooms, etc. The safe havens generally feature some amenities, but not all. They also have a finite supply of consumables which will obviously run out soon.
