The city while Farm from the Blast Didnt Get spared the Frostfall Killed most living People And The Radiation plus the Mass Explosions Due to the Nukes Strength Destroying all the gas lines. And thx to the Ottawa Crater which was where one of the Nukes hit but thx to the Bomb detonating Right in the mid City 90% of the city was Gone in Seconds. A few Factions fight For the city thx to its Prewar Significance.

Ontarion Union: The Union are making Ontario into its own nation of course this has caused issues with the Canadian coalition but they haven't had all out war yet due to both the Coalition and the Union having a Common enemy in The NGE. They have a FOB in the Hall of fame

Canadian Coalition: In their Efforts to Recontrol Canada They Have Started Taking hold of Toronto but are Having a hard time thx to Other factions. Also based in hockey hall of fame

Cult of the Sky: A Cult based in the CN tower they are Fanatical but dont Target innocents. They Throw Captured Bandits out of a window As a sacrifice To the Sky Gods (The sky God actually exists but Its a myth. The god is a birdman mutant)

The new Greenland Empire: thinking they can Take the Old North American Territorys now that Denmark cant Prevent them They moved in trying to take Canada first. But are fighting the Canadian Coalition.
