They are Neutral but they are the voice above all and would be the only ones who can boss around both the ELF and Empire. Their Church Westminster abbey is a pure ground where no arms are allowed to be drawn and those who do would be excommunicated and maybe even killed from the church.

Metromen: the metromen are a group that has mapped out all the remaining Subways in London. Their job is to lead travelers mostly Traders along the tunnels or you can just buy a map from them for 100 Iron coin.. based i. The stratford station.

Sealandia: Sealand was a Independent nation that was set up next to england Prewar. They rlly were only a Tourist attraction but due to no Enemy nation caring for it it was untouched but the apocalypse. And outside of having to purify it. After it became safe to travel the family who owned jt used their only boat a Fishing boat and went to the mainland there after learning the govt fell they raided a Police station and Nearby British armory for weapons and with the help of survivors from Felixtrowe And surrounding areas. It became a major English wasteland faction. Currently the leader is a Mutant that is the only surviving member of the original family who controlled it.
