Bunker 113
A large bunker located in the base of a mountain in Virginia. The Bunker was created by the United States government as a safe place for the nations leaders in case of a nuclear attack. The bunker was retired down in 2035. Following its retirement it was bought by Dean Young who altered it for his own use. In the year 2071, Bunker 113 locked its doors to the outside world due to the launching of nuclear weapons. Many were unable to make it inside the Bunker before the locking of the doors, including Dean Young. In the year 2183 the doors were re-opened and a group of specially selected individuals were Culled to see if outside conditions were survivable.

Bunker 113 has not official sports teams. However, it does support two gyms that the citizens make use of.
- Misuse of medical resources will not be tolerated.
- Theft of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Vandalism will not be tolerated.
- Assault on another bunker citizen will not be tolerated.
- Murdering another bunker citizen will not be tolerated.
- Misuse of bunker supplies (food, water, oxygen, etc) will not be tolerated.

"We shall rise again."
The people of the bunker mostly speak English,but have added new words as time progressed. While English is the primary language, the citizens also have opportunities to learn French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and American Sign Language.

They work on a ration system. Points can be earned to buy stuff at the market. Points are earned by job and school performance.
The Black Market of the bunker uses a trading system where rations and other things are traded for illegal substances.
Bunker law dictates that anyone over the age of 18 who commits a crime is likely to be punished with Execution. However, the Council and the President can overturn an execution if the person who committed said crime is deemed valuable. This requires the majority vote of the Council 3/2.
For those under the age of 18, Imprisonment is the punishment until their 18th birthday. They will then get to plead their case before the Council and can be cleared of all allegations against them.
The climate in the bunker is controlled. Being underground, it maintains a neutral temperature most of the time. Trouble with population and oxygen have caused the temperature to change. There are also times where the bunker experiences large fluctuations in temperature.

The people in the bunker survive off a Hydro-farm. To feed everyone in the bunker, these plants need to contain a lot of nutrients. Soy beans, potatoes (blighted in the Hollow Year), Kale, Spinach, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Corn, Dates, Avocado and nuts. These are the main ones that everyone in the bunker is likely to have access to. The upper class will have access to a wider variety of food including apples and chocolate.
In order to make up for the lack of food; Protein Paste is given to all the citizens.
