The Banner of Bendar was made to resemble the Shield of Bendar, which was steel with a metallic blue sheen. The background is red, which, in the culture of the Spearshore, means honor, unlike how in the rest of the Splinterlands, with the exceptions of Agamem and Melea, it means hatred.
