Ciceronia

Ciceronia is a nation in the continent of Kelubus. It is a constitutional monarchy with a parliament comprised of many feudal lords. Ciceronia extends as far north as the Splinterlands, with the Hestian Freehold being a vassal of theirs, and as far south as the Throat Wall. They hold a single colony, Pillarport, in eastern Tharros.
